New Year’s Eve Party 2025

Celebrate New Year’s Eve 2025 in style at Explorers Bistro! Join us for a world-class four-course dinner, followed by an elegant after-dinner aperitif, and a sparkling toast with prosecco at midnight. Keep the festivities going as you dance the night away to timeless tunes spun by a talented local DJ!

$115/ticket, party starts at 8 PM

4 Course Meal:

Appetizer - Beetroot Risotto. A creamy and delicious rice dish with sweet beetroot and a tangy gorgonzola mousse.

Salad - Fresh mixed greens are topped with fried cheese, pomegranate, crispy bacon and dried dates. Topped with a honey balsamic dressing.

Entree - Braised Pork Roast . The pork loin is first stuffed with sweet plums, bacon and kefalotyri cheese and then braised. Paired with thyme mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and gravy.

Dessert - Baklava. House-made phyllo is layered with a nut medley and honey and baked until light and crispy. Served with a sweetened vanilla cream cheese dip.
